One of the best preparations for the SAT is the Preliminary SAT/National Merit Scholarship Qualifying Test (PSAT/NMSQT). The 2025 PSAT test is on Tuesday, October 14.
The test will take place in the NTHS Auxiliary Gym, and students are expected to arrive promptly at 7:30 am. The exam will be administered during school hours.
This test is designed for students who are interested in attending a four-year college. Juniors can take the test for free and can sign up at PSAT Sign Up. Sophomores are $18 and can pay through the payment portal. Taking a practice test is a great way to simulate test day.
