Notes

• All senior photos and submitted quotes, ads, etc., must be school-appropriate according to NTPS policies. If you have questions about a potential submission, email us and check!
• Deadlines are final. Pages will be submitted to Jostens after these deadlines, and edits will not be accepted after that. Late submissions will not be accepted.
• If a submitted picture or quote is not approved, the student will be informed via email and will have to resubmit. If the second picture is not approved, it will not be used, and the school portrait will be used. If the student does not have a school portrait, the student will be added to the “not pictured” list.
• It's the students' responsibility to check their email inbox for an email titled “SENIOR PICTURE NOT APPROVED: ACTION REQUIRED” or “SENIOR QUOTE NOT APPROVED: ACTION REQUIRED” from the yearbook staff.
• If you do not hear back about a submitted picture or quote, assume it has been approved.
• The earlier a senior picture and/or quote is submitted, the more time the student will have to submit a second one if the first picture is not approved.
• If a senior picture includes pets, your car, and/or props, please consider purchasing a senior ad and post your favorite pictures there. All student portraits will be cropped to a head & shoulder shot to fit the page.
• Yearbook staff reserve the right to edit, omit, or ask for a replacement submission for anything submitted.
