News & Announcements
Students received graduation packets from Jostens—please pick up a packet from the front office or the counseling center if your student missed the meeting.
Student-Led Conferences
Student-led conferences will be held on Tuesday, March 31, and Wednesday, April 1. This is a graduation requirement for all seniors, so don't forget to sign up for your student-led conference through Skyward Family Access starting Monday, March 9.
Volunteer Hours
Students must complete the required 20 community service hours for graduation by March 27. Stop by the counseling center to pick up a Community Involvement Form. Once you complete BOTH SIDES of the form, turn it in to Mrs. Kaiser at the front desk in the counseling center.
Cap and Gown
Cap and gown distribution day is Tuesday, March 1, from 10:00 am–1:00 pm in the ASB Room just off the Commons. If you haven't ordered your cap and gown, do so ASAP through Jostens.com. Order by April 15 to ensure you receive your items in time for graduation!
Senior Scholarship Survey
Every senior should complete the Senior Scholarship Survey describing their plans after high school and listing ALL scholarships/monetary awards they were chosen for (even if they did not accept them). See Mr. Smith in the College and Career Center if you have questions.
Name Verification for Diplomas, Graduation Programs, and Ceremony
Now is the time to verify the name that will appear on your diploma, in the graduation program, and during the graduation ceremony. EVERY SENIOR must complete the Name Verification Form by March 27. Your name will be printed exactly as it appears in Skyward unless you complete the Name Verification Form.
Last Day for Seniors
The last day of school for graduating seniors will be Friday, June 5.
Fines and Fees
All fines and fees are du by Monday, May 18. Seniors with any outstanding fees and/or fines will not receive graduation tickets, be allowed to participate in the graduation ceremony, or receive a diploma until all fines and fees have been cleared. Log in to the Payment Portal to check your account and pay any outstanding fees. See Mrs. Enlow at the ASB/Finance window if you have any questions.
Graduation Practices
There are three MANDATORY marching practices. All practices are required for all seniors participating in the graduation ceremony.
- Tuesday, April 28, 12:00 pm (5th period) at the KPAC
- Tuesday, May 19, 7:30–9:30 am at the KPAC
- Tuesday, June 9, 8:00–11:00 am, at the Marcus Pavilion at St. Martin's University
Yearbook Senior Ads & Quotes
Senior photo and quote submissions were due December 1, 2025. Senior Ads submissions were due in January 2026. See Yearbook page for instructions & details.
Jostens ordering information
- Deadline for free shipping on orders over $200: October 16, 2025
- Deadline for cap & gown ordering at the lowest price ($62) and guaranteed delivery in March: November 14, 2025
- After November 14, cap & gown sets will rise to $80 and are not guaranteed to be delivered in March.
Timeline & Checklist
Ordering Transcripts
Ordering a copy of your transcripts takes place through an online service called Parchment. You will need to create an account and pay a fee for copies. See instructions.
Graduation Ceremony
Tuesday, June 9, 2026, at 7:00 pm in the Marcus Pavilion at Saint Martin's University.
The ceremony will begin at 7:00 pm sharp. Each student will be given tickets for their guests. Guests who are attending the cermony will be required to provide their ticket at the door. The number of tickets per student will be announced at the first marching practice on April 28, 2026.
Tickets for attending families & friends will be distributed to seniors in the spring.
