Attending the Graduation Ceremony
Photographs and video: No one will be allowed on the main floor near the stage to film or take pictures of the ceremony. Professional photographs will be taken as each graduate receives their diploma and will be available for purchase.
Seating Accommodations: Designated areas will be available for guests who require special handicapped seating. There is no need to reserve these areas. Once you arrive at the facility, we will guide you to these locations.
Valuables: There is no secure storage for purses or other valuables at the Pavilion. Graduates should leave their valuables at home or with their families.
Guidelines for attendees: Commencement is the culminating ceremony for years of learning, a formal occasion to be enjoyed by graduates and their families. In keeping with the tone of this occasion, no air horns or other noise-making devices are allowed. Graduates and guests will not be permitted to bring balloons into Marcus Pavilion, as it is against St. Martin's rules.
Fines and Fees
All fines and fees were due by Monday, May 18. Seniors with any outstanding fees and/or fines will not receive graduation tickets, be allowed to participate in the graduation ceremony, or receive a diploma until all fines and fees have been cleared. Log in to the Payment Portal to check your account and pay any outstanding fees. See Mrs. Enlow at the ASB/Finance window if you have any questions.
Volunteer Hours
Volunteer hours were due Friday, March 27. Seniors who have not completed their required 20 hours of community service will not receive graduation tickets, be allowed to participate in the graduation ceremony, or receive a diploma until the Community Involvement Documentation forms are turned in to the Counseling Center.
Running Start & New Market Students
If you are enrolled in a Running Start course during spring quarter 2026 or the New Market Skills Center 2nd semester, which is required to fulfill your NTHS diploma requirements, counselors will be confirming with the college or New Market that you are in good academic standing for graduation. Your diploma will not be issued until final grades are received from the college or New Market.
